"Avalon" is a social deduction game set in the legendary world of King Arthur. Players are divided into two sides: the forces of Good (loyal servants of Arthur) and the forces of Evil (minions of Mordred). Players only know their own roles, but certain characters possess extra information—for instance, Merlin knows who the agents of Evil are, but he must remain hidden. The game is played in rounds where players form teams to go on missions. Team members secretly decide whether the mission will succeed or fail. Good aims to successfully complete three missions, while Evil seeks to sabotage them. However, even if Good is on the verge of victory, Evil has one last chance: if they can identify Merlin, they can steal the win. The game is built on discussion, bluffing, and the constant attempt to figure out who can be trusted.
